I just switched from blue to purple 3 days ago. Fingers crossed this will make a difference. Good luck to you!

@chisel I'm curious about purple. I think I'll try that after another month of blue. I like the idea of brown rice, potatoes & whole grain pasta. Quinoa too, right?

I tried doing that and going to purple gained 2 lbs in my three weeks and wasn't willing to continue that way back to blue and down four pounds

In 2006, did what is now green (lost 20 lbs, plateaued), changed to what is now purple and lost the remaining 37 lbs to goal in 2008. So glad purple's back. I've lost an additional 10 lbs since purple's back (now 68 yrs old). I definitely recommend you change up what you're doing to get past it.

Yes! I was on a 10-month plateau while on the original blue plan, but I have finally lost 10 pounds since switching to green in November. Plus, I think green is easier for me because I wasn't eating enough on blue.

Yes. I switched from blue to green. Green forces me to document everything I eat. I can only consider veggies and fruits as zero. I must track eggs and seafood and poultry as before. I started exercising also. I am a LT member who has been struggling on the blue for 6 months . My goal was to lose 5 pounds as I was on the cusp. The last 2 weeks I lost 1 pound per week which I consider very good. When I started WW it was a green plan and that’s where I lost my original weight.

I switched from blue to purple after Christmas to shake things up for a couple of weeks after the holidays and stuck with it.
