February is my second month and I am still having a little weird balancing issue. If I am good 6 days I tend to lose by being bad that 7th day. sometimes if I am good 7 days I gain. i am not using hardly any 0 point foods because I am not much of a fruit vegetable eater so I am guessing Im not getting enough calories and I need the cheating to pad . I am on green. any ideas?

Try veggies that you purée into sauces- marinara, or cheese- to start. Serve over whole wheat pasta. You’ll want to pad a smaller serving of pasta with a big side of salad if you like lettuce, or mixed frozen tropical fruit or something if could you like that mixture. Living off of carbs & protein mostly alone is not good. Sneak those fruits & veggies in where you can

Consider deleting the words "good" and "bad" from your vocabulary and instead focus on being "on plan". No one is perfect and WW does NOT EXPECT us to be ! Weigh and measure your food, track, plan meals, try to make "on plan" choices most of the time, read your WW materials, attend meetings and ask your leader for guidance. Good luck!

I agree and also consider. everything is "on plan". We make choices every time we decide what to eat whether our choice is worth the points and if we want to use our points for that item. In a Parade article yesterday on WW: "There are no 'must-eat' foods and no foods are forbidden. I'm 68, been lifetime since 2008 and never denied any foods I wanted, but prefer the purple way to match my eating habits. Not wishing luck, but healthy eating for all!

We need to reframe the way we look at eating away from good and bad, and remove the concept of cheating. You aren’t a cheater. Sometimes you make choices that support your goals, and sometimes your old, long -time habits reassert themselves. You’re looking at possible alternatives. Good for you!

Very true, cheating implies dieting, WW is a way of life. Takes time to change mindset after a lifetime of dieting.

Are you trying to be too strict with yourself? Use some weeklies and enjoy your food.
