@dipper ask them and they will send them. I got mine all weird. I got 5 and 10 together and then got one for meeting my goal which I didn't and then I got the one for 50 lbs and weeks later the 25 lbs came.

You only get the cookbook free if you sign up for the plan that includes online and in person meetings. I asked. I only do online so I didn't get it.
