I need help.  I have been on Green and Purple.I need help. I have been on Green and Purple. I am gaining! I am going back to blue. Maybe a week or two of menu/meal plans would help me stay on track. Does a menu plan exist?

If you look in the app on the first page there is a quickstart guide and it has a sample menu plan.

Skinnytaste puts out a weekly meal plan. You can also check out Joan’s pointed plate and Planning us healthy on you tube. They both do weekly meal plans for blue

You’re got this!  Watch portion sizes and track. Maybe check out the awesome WW recipe books there’s even a zero pt cook book.
