This isn’t exactly a recipe but a tip someone shared at last weeks meeting. Use your regular store bought salad dressing and mix 50/50 with Greek yogurt (a splash of water may be necessary to thin it a bit). I have yet to try it but the member that shared swears by it. Very flavourful, cuts down the points and adds some protein!
