I do IF from 3:00 until I get up everyday and I only need to lose a few more pounds but before I stared IF I didn’t

@connell I researched it first then I started at 5 in evening I stopped eating and I pour a half a gallon of water start drinking water and plan black tea until I go to bed around 10:00 pm I get up at 5:00 start drinking black coffee until 11:00 then my eating starts then after a month I stopped eating at 3:00 everyday until I get up at 5:00 then I eat oatmeal and frozen fruits because I’m on the purple plan WW

I started IF august 28 th, 2019. I have lost 15 pounds, down two shirt sizes and went from a 18 w to 16 regular pants. I do one meal a day, with a snack before dinner. I fast anywhere from 20-24 hours a day. Since fasting, my hip no longer hurts, my knees no longer hurt, exercise is so much easier, because I have more energy! Brain fog has gotten so much better! Puffiness in hands, face are gone. Best thing I ever did was start IF !
