I started IF august 28 th, 2019. I have lost 15 pounds, down two shirt sizes and went from a 18 w to 16 regular pants. I do one meal a day, with a snack before dinner. I fast anywhere from 20-24 hours a day. Since fasting, my hip no longer hurts, my knees no longer hurt, exercise is so much easier, because I have more energy! Brain fog has gotten so much better! Puffiness in hands, face are gone. Best thing I ever did was start IF !
