Does anyone feel like your cheating when you use your weeklies? I want a bagel on certain days and use those extra points, but I’m scared of not losing?

They are there to use without feeling guilty

@doorway819 I agree. Not something to regret. They are there to use. When I attended meetings some people would go on about this or that re points to the point I’d leave the meeting feeling down. I do on line now and in a way feel better, because I’m not hearing things that upset me.

@yatzeck I’m sorry your meetings are so negative. I receive so much support at mine.
by (19.7k points)
@doorway819 when I went to meetings everyone wasn’t overbearing. It was just a couple people. Maybe they were insecure about themselves and their journey, but it’s in the past. I am not able to attend anymore so that is why I do the online.

Weeklies are built in for a reason. This program is not designed to try and make you guilty about anything you eat as long as you have the points to eat it. I use all my weeklies and fit points every week and still lose.

I don't feel like I am cheating when I use my weeklies. I use my weeklies for overages here and there, or a treat such as I am today. I use my weeklies and still lose. Your weeklies are there so you don't deprive yourself.

I love bagels. I eat them daily. I used bagel thins or make them the 2 ingredient bagels.

Nope, WW wouldn’t give you the points if they are not supposed to be use.

Honestly, I’ve lost more weight using my weeklies than when I wasn’t using them. Eat that bagel!

Can't cheat on WW as it's not a diet. WW is set up to allow you to eat any food in moderation. Track your points and move on.

It’s not cheating. Those points are for thing like that. If I eat a bagel I often scoop out the middle to make me feel better.

Everyone is different. I find if I use some I’ll stay the same or lose a bit but if I use all I may gain a wee bit. I have a slow metabolism

I don’t consider anything I eat cheating if I have the points for it . whether they be daily points or weekly points The only “cheating “ is using more points in a week than you’re allotted Ive lost 65 lbs in 11 months with this mindset

I use my weekly for daily overages. I tend to go two or three over and they get used that way.

Down 110 since 9. 17. 18 and there hasn’t been 1 week that has gone by that I didn’t use some weeklies (they are given to be used). If you have an Aldi & Walmart near you ~ these are great! (Blue plan).
by (1.4k points)
@leifeste - thanks. Will look for them at Aldi’s. I’m also wondering if you scoop out a bagel, how many points would it be?
by (13k points)
@adopt7 ~ if you get these bagel skinny’s you don’t have to wonder

You’re not cheating. The weeklies are calculated in to your points budget so you can use them as needed.

I eat a bagel with real butter at least once a week and I eat chinese once a week and still continue to lose. I just track it. Your weeklies are meant to be used!

From the Start I have used my weeklies for my recreational beverages. At lifetime I still do the same. No guilt, It has to become a lifestyle. A lifestyle you can live with.

I eat almost 1600 calories with 23 points. I wouldn’t dare go in to weeklies lmao you should check out bagel thins at Aldi’s

Weeklies are part of the equation for us to lose. They are what makes this flexible and livable — for those days you want a bagel

I use them for foods I really, this is for life. I can not give up certain foods for ever so I. Use my weeklies if I want something like pizza, chocolate. You don't want to feel deprived because then I will binge. Some weeks I use weeklies and other times I don't. They are there to use

Yes every time. I have my app set up to use my fit points first but still feels like I’m cheating if I go over my dailies.

I use to feel the same way, especially when I first joined. That is why I eventually went off the plan, I made it too restrictive for myself. This time around I am using my weeklies and this morning I lost 5 pounds in the past week. The weeks I have gone crazy and went over my weeklies I gained, so for me the weeklies are just the right amount so that if I use them I am still down for the week.

If u take out the inside dough of the bagel u should be ok. Eat it on the day u weigh in (after ur meeting if it is in the morning). I would only do it maybe every 2-3 weeks

I have used them every single week for the past 6 months and I’m down -45. I feel guilty when I use them but feel like sometimes it “resets” my metabolism.

Yes! I have this underlying belief that I won’t lose any weight if I use them. The times I have used some, it’s like 3-5 for the whole week. I bet others could use the weeklies and lose weight but I’m really struggling to lose a pound per week. I have an underactive thyroid. So many people seem to be able to use them and still lose weight.
