I have started working out really hard in the gym (Erin Stern’s Elite Body workout) and I am staying on my blue dots everyday and have no dropped a pound. What do you think?

Shake up your eating routine, sometimes we get into a food rut. make sure you are eating enough protein, since you are working out often.

No idea. I lost 55 and I’ve been stuck with 5 lbs to goal for 8 months now. It’s very frustrating.

You’re probably losing inches. Muscle weighs more than fat.

Thank you all so much for the valuable advice! I am going to take my measurements and see how they change over the next few weeks and try eating more (I probably do not eat enough and will add in more healthy food daily)

Switch to green

@hasson3875 are you on green? What is the difference/eating style like?
by (3.9k points)
@arrivederci yes I was doing blue but wasn’t able to loose like I did on green because there are too many free foods and had less control . I am lifetime but I fluctuate up and down with blue with green I loose, like staying 2 lbs under goal

@hasson3875 so do you get less points on green? I generally eat very healthy 0 points foods all day and I don’t over eat large portions of 0 point food. I eat 3 normal sized meals and maybe some small healthy snacks 1-2 a day. That’s why I’m so confused why I’m not loosing.

@arrivederci you get less 0 point foods and chicken fish etc have points, you can check on the app

If you increased your activity significantly. you need to add more fuel (food) to your body. Use all your points every day and possibly your fit points.

Any change in our workouts can cause our muscles to hold water to help them heal. This can cause the scale to show a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. I started working out again and gained 4 pounds. I know its just temporary. Take your measurements and pictures. It helps when the scale isnt moving.

You are probably gaining muscle, which weighs the same as fat, just takes up less space.
