I drink Bubly or Dasani. I also go to Sonic and get Peach/Mango ice water. You can get whatever flavor(s) you want. There are several flavors that are sugar free. A large where I am costs 71 cents. I also had a horrible Pepsi addiction when I started 4 years ago. I tried Pepsi Zero and it helped. I finally just decided I was done with it. If I can give it up anyone can! Good luck! I’m rooting for you in Kansas!

Buy a Soda Stream. No need to carry from store and nothing to recycle.

@denigrate947 do you like your soda stream

@kerley87 I absolutely love it . Use it every day - I find I drink more water cause I can flavor it with various extracts depending on my mood. I got mine on Amazon and the price was reasonable.

I also mix fruit tea or orange juice with seltzer (you can do apple juice too but I have a dislike of apple juice since I ran my church's nursery in my teens. ) David's tea (and likely other companies. Make some nice teas that have stevia added to them). Sometimes there is sugar as well but I am pretty sure it is so minimal that one doesn't have to count it (although don't quote me on that ) I get their advent calendar every year and use those for a while. This year I am going actually buy some of their teas just have. I got tired of the sugary feeling on my teeth that soda left a few years ago and at the time hated plain water so I have been looking at ways to flavor water for years, which is why I keep commenting.

I love Polar flavors; they definitely are not Diet Coke so if you are looking for something sweet ICE is just that. However, Polar does come out with some great flavors. Coconut is sweet as well but I love orange vanilla for another sweeter flavor!

These comments are great suggestions, but to weaned off carbonated drinks slowly, limit the number of daily drinks, gradually reduced it farther until you can stop drinking them altogether. Good Luck!

Flavored water ended my addition to Diet Dr Pepper! My favorites are Soleil Cherry Lime and Pineapple Coconut. It's a new addition I guess, but a good one!

I can’t stand the sparkling waters with the exception of Frosty sold at Aldi. I have tried to like it but just can’t stand the taste. I usually go with (hot or cold) lemon water with a touch of Organic Sweetleaf Stevia. Very satisfying

I buy the sugar free syrups and put some in club soda over ice. They are really yummy. I’ve found some of the skinny taste ones at Winners but the better syrups I’ve found at an Italian store.

I take seltzer and add a pack of this to it: zero points!
