So for the first time I dipped into my weeklies and using more daily pts. Now I’m freaking out because I need to lose. What do y’all think?

I had never had a week where I stayed in my points, including weeklies, and I was mostly still losing pretty good numbers. That's changed lately though but I just mean I wouldn't freak out - those weeklies are there for a reason!

My weigh day is tomorrow. I dipped into all but two! We had company from out of town. they wanted to eat out a lot. I tried very hard to plan ahead, looked up choices at restaurants, tracked everything and did my newbie best. I’ll see tomorrow if I need to learn more about how to manage this kind of situation. Who know? Maybe I maintained.

Weeklies are There to use and still loose weight. You even have fit points to use if you want.

The plan is designed to include weeklies and still allow for weight loss. It's not cheating to use them. If you need them, eat them.

The weekly points are meant to be used. They’re not there to look pretty. Experiment with them. I personally found that when I used half to all of them I had better success in my loss as well as I never felt deprived.

If I use my weeklies I will either gain weight or stay the same. I need to stick with daily points only. Lost 7 lbs in 7 weeks.

I don’t always use all my weeklies but they are there to use and still lose.

I joined WW 12/7 and have gotten to goal and lost 20 lbs. I NEVER use Weeklies. Everyone is different, go with what your body is showing you
