My late night craving is SWEETS! It’s like I can’t watch tv without eating! I keep no sugar added fudge pops, sugar free jello pudding cups and fat free whip topping spray, and WW mug cakes. What do you all do for sweet/snack cravings?

Juice packed pineapple is a great sweet treat. Also herbal spice tea with Whole Earth sweetener.

I have the same problem and have detoxed from all sugar! They say it is as addictive as cocaine. I still want to munch while watching TV but now enjoy a La Croix flavored sparkling water. It’s been working for me.

I DK, I have the same problem and some nights I just go to bed early to keep from snacking on salty snacks. I’m trying not bring them in the house so I will be forced to eat something else if I have to.

Don't watch tv! or at least zoom out the food commercials or pause the tv then catch up with the show. TV ads are full of fast food advertisements and make you hungry! And don't watch cooking shows either.
