Whipped 1% cottage cheese with jello or fresh, cold fruit, or a delicious Built bar. And LOTS of water.

It does oh, but it is so hard! I have this no sugar thing down and then Christmas baking happened and now I'm fighting to get rid of my taste for sugar again.

Get some Built Bars! They’ve saved me throughout this process! I have a huge sweet tooth and they’ve helped tremendously with it! They taste like candy bars because they are coated in real dark chocolate but have a good amount of protein to keep you satisfied! If you like Coconut, coconut almond tastes just like a Mounds, so good! Best in fridge, and code YUM10 at checkout will get you a discount. Good luck in your journey! You’ve got this!

It gets better. As you begin to fuel your body with better food, you should notice the cravings subside. I was very surprised when that finally happened to me.

It does. i gave up all forms of refined sugars, no candy, cookies, pies, donuts. you know what i mean lol. i did that about the last week in december. i have no desire for sugary snacks, it took about 2 weeks to finely realize it tho. cut back on artificial sweeteners all. they also cause sugar cravings. good luck you got this

Fiber one chocolate brownies are wonderful! Top with 1/2C of Dreyers no sugar added vanilla ice cream. Total 6 points on green. And yes, it does get better! I let myself have a treat like this once in a while and it’s a special treat.

It gets better. I had to go cold turkey eating no sugar or salty snacks. It is the only way I could do it. I can't eat just one or a serving of anything.

It really does get better after a couple of days. Zero point or low point snacks helped me with those first week cravings.

It does. I use frozen cherries to help me with my uncontrollable cravings. 2 weeks and it calms down. I’m a chocoholic - so I keep chocolate dipped granola bars - 6pts each - but it helps when I really need something.

It gets easier! I was a horrible sugar/choco-holic. I indulge in a small treat each week after weigh and that keeps me satisfied. I have non-fat Greek yogurt and 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder every day after lunch for a snack. It keeps me satiated and provides the protein that my body craves. You can do it! Hang in there!

I always hit my roobios tea at night. That's the only time of day I have a problem, after dinner before bed. I have about 8 different kinds. I steep my tea in a diffuser, add some Splenda and sip on that throughout the night.

If you are participating in WW (weightwatchers), you don’t have to cut out sugars or carbs or anything that is portrayed as “unhealthy”. it’s just about managing appropriately. I’ve been a member for a year, have practiced as I’ve mentioned, and have sustained, loss, maintained, and experienced no major weight gain. I feel this is a lifestyle change and not a diet because it teaches you how to eat the things you like and still be healthy. Best of luck.

The one thing I do is realize this will structure the way you eat forever. I’m going to get yelled at for this If there is something you want really bad eat it. Work out your day so you can have it. Not every day but now and again Then get back on the wagon you will find that it will become not that important to have it if you don’t you will get off the wagon and not get back on

It gets much easier. I have been on this journey almost 3 years. 46lbs down, and lifetime. You need to remember that it's ok to have those 'sweet' things once in a while. You will also learn that they just really don't taste as great as you remember.
