It depends. Green plan the lowest is 30 pts. I can’t always eat them all, 4 pts will roll into weeklies. I don’t feel pressure to eat them all, I try to make healthy choices and not eat when I’m not hungry. Don’t feel pressure to over eat just to use your points. My salad and veggies is zero points. If I eat that a couple times a day, I’ll have lots of left over points. Some days I eat heavier foods and use them up. Listen to your body, Drink lots of water and track everything. You’ll do great!
