Hey I’m new to weight watchers and I’m just wondering if I don’t use all my points is that good or bad ? Or should I be using all my points in the day ?

You don't need to eat all your points. The zero point foods WW gives you are all healthy items. If you're not hungry, don't eat--that's why I'm here in the first place. WW has a healthy eating zone that they recommend you stay within. Not sure which plan your on, but I'm on purple and my zone is 11 under my dailies to 8 over. My daily is 16 points, so my healthy zone is between 5 and 24 points.

@nauru95649 On green, your healthy eating zone would be10 points under your DAILY allowance or 8 points over. In addition 4 daily points will roll into weeklies if you don't use them.

You should eat all of your daily points. You don’t have to use your weekly points but your daily points are what your body needs

@eda1430 that’s what they used to suggest but it changed with the new programs. The points limit is just a target now and as long as you are in the healthy zone you are fine.

It depends. Green plan the lowest is 30 pts. I can’t always eat them all, 4 pts will roll into weeklies. I don’t feel pressure to eat them all, I try to make healthy choices and not eat when I’m not hungry. Don’t feel pressure to over eat just to use your points. My salad and veggies is zero points. If I eat that a couple times a day, I’ll have lots of left over points. Some days I eat heavier foods and use them up. Listen to your body, Drink lots of water and track everything. You’ll do great!

Stephanie, I don’t always use all my points and if you don’t they go into your weekly points in case you go over or have an extreme day like your at a party and all the food is high in points. Like my sister did for my nephews birthday, it was really hard couldn’t hardly eat anything she made.

Find out what works for you. We are all different. If you eat a lot of 0 PT food NO.
