Hi there, I’m wanting to make pizzas with the 2 ingredient dough. Is it better to make ahead and chill a bit or just make it and go for it? Also I’ve seen recipes for baking at 350 and 400 degrees. Appreciate any feedback from those of you that have made it.

I did put it in a bowl and let it rise. She suggests doing that for at least 30 minutes.

Higher temperatures for sure. And pre-bake the crust .

Pizza will always cook better at higher temperatures.

I bake mine at 450. I use a pizza pan with the holes in it and mine comes out pretty crispy. I love this pizza. I have it every Friday night.

@abolish89 I make the 2 ingredient dough using a gluten free flour blend. I use 1/3 cup of the flour and a little less than 1/3 cup of fage0. It makes a really nice size personal pizza.

I wonder if you could put the dough in the air fryer for a crispy thin crust?
