Hey everyone, Need some help. Which sweetener is safer, healthier, suited, & not harmful for liver as well as great for using in coffee/tea stevia or Erythritol, if its stevia which type? if Erythritol which brand is safe and not fake? as I've heard there are some honeys that are not real honey but made from fructose.
