Fruit. Alllll the fruit lol. Then i froth some 2 point almond milk creamer with sf vanilla syrup and cinnamon pour it over my bowl of mixed fruit when i get a sweet tooth

Make a crockpot of soup each weekend as lunch and sometimes dinner. Not zero because I have about 2 oz lean beef and some tomato paste in each serving. Still low point.

I have la croix sparkling water. The carbonation fills my tummy. Your soup idea is great. Progress is only 2 pts for a cup in case there isn’t any home made.

My favorite is quest chocolate protein mix One scoop 1 point, cup of unsweetened almond milk 1 point and 2 teaspoons of fiber 0 points (just to make it thicker). Fills you up, tastes like a chocolate shake (for chocolate lovers) and you just had fiber ( a much needed weight loss aid)! Win-win! All for 2 points! I'm on Green plan

Dannon lite and Fit yogurt. I love the Strawberry cheesecake and the comment Apple. They taste like dessert. I sometimes freeze it for about an hour and they get nice and creamy like ice cream
