bournemouth. WW is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. You do not have to give up something important to you. I reached lifetime in 2008 and have maintained it eating/drinking without depriving myself of anything I really wanted (including celebrating birthdays, going on vacation, etc, just watch the portions and ensure I have points for it). In fact, this past 3 month vacation, I lost 10 lbs. it really is possible to live on WW, don't expect to go back to before. just stay on course and you'll do fine.
