Okay so I started WW on Tuesday. I’m doing great with my food so far but I love my wine. I workout 5 days a week. treadmill and BOD LIFT4 (I love it) but I can use up all my Fit Points with empty calories. Does anyone else have this issue and how did you resolve it?

We are so conditioned to believe Weight Loss = Diet= Deprivation. WW is about balance, not deprivation. If wine is important and you feel it is point worthy- go for it.

I agree with @bournemouth. WW is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. You do not have to give up something important to you. I reached lifetime in 2008 and have maintained it eating/drinking without depriving myself of anything I really wanted (including celebrating birthdays, going on vacation, etc, just watch the portions and ensure I have points for it). In fact, this past 3 month vacation, I lost 10 lbs. it really is possible to live on WW, don't expect to go back to before. just stay on course and you'll do fine.

I’m starting fresh this week, no wine for this girl. I’m going to try 1 month without drinking, wish me luck
