I add the yogurt first then slowly add the flour. Once it’s well combined I dump it out of the bowl and knead it but adding more flour as I go to make it less sticky

I had to add a little more flour to mine so that it wasn't as sticky, maybe an extra couple of tablespoons

Many say do 1 cup of flour to 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt to be less sticky

It will be sticky. You can add a bit more flour if it’s so bad you can’t work with it. I usually do 1 c flour to about 3/4 c yogurt. I also add an egg white to make it not as dense

Do you typically have to refrigerate them after? How long are they good for?

I have found that all brands of Greek yogurt are very sticky. When I use FAGE Nonfat Greek yogurt it is much easier to work with and a lot less sticky

Just made it & sprayed with I can’t believe it’s not butter then I sprinkled it with Stevia and cinnamon. You have to Knead the dough well & then use rolling pin.

Use more flour than the yogurt.

The more you knead on surface with flour, the less sticky it becomes.

Probably too late for this batch, but I hold back a little yogurt. Then I add more if needed

I added flour until it was a better consistency and they came out just fine.

Be sure that you are using the fat free Greek yogurt, otherwise it won't work.

Yes. It’s very sticky. I won a kitchen aide mixer and use that now with the dough hook and it’s less sticky as I let it beat it down. I still flour the surface and my hands but it’s easier to work with.

Very sticky. I mix by hand, no mixer.
