Depending on your body size I am 5. 1, started 1/1/2020 and I have lost 6. 4 lbs and 9 inches off my body. Make sure you measure. if you are petite that is a good amount. Keep moving, if you talk on the phone walk while talking. Measure the scale is only one component and the inches off are a added bonus. Chest, waist, hips, upper arms, and upper thighs. Keep water with fruit/basil or mint in your fridge to help you get the water down. Pinterest has a lot of good water ideas to keep you H20 motivated. You got this. I am in the green plan. Slow and steady wins the race.

I just started Intermittent Fasting this week. I lost 1. 4 lbs. I have only lost 10 lbs since Nov. 4th, so this is a big improvement for me. Last week, I only lost . 2.

It's funny--one person's disappointment is another person's dream! I would give anything to lose 5 lbs in a month. We all forget it's not a race and it's not all about the scale. There are so many other successes that we can celebrate!

You should be saying "Wow I have lost 5 pounds since January" . this is not a road race but a road to a healthy eating lifestyle. Your body is adjusting to the journey--You got this going in the right direction! So proud of you for continuing on WW -- it gets easier as time as goes on so hang in there. Keep it going.

What are you doing so far? (It’s hard to give advice blindly) And why do you want to drop weight faster?

If you drink alcohol, give it up, at least for awhile

That’s a decent weight loss. Too fast makes it hard to maintain. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

I was on vacation last week at Disney. It was hot, I walked a lot, and I drank water. However, I ate carb, salt loaded food. I GAINED WEiGhT. I came home and refocused on my protein, fruit, veggie and non inflammatory foods. I lost 6 lbs this week post trip. My daughter said Mom you developed inflammation from the high gluten, high salt choices on vacation. I it seems she may be right.

I'm on green since @singer 6th and at 13 1/2 down. I agree, I would like it faster, but this plan is the easiest for me to follow and as long as it keeps going DOWN, I'll take it. Hang in there, you'll get there.
