I’m curious what people’s weight in rituals are? And if you feel they make a difference. It’s interesting I definitely have some but when I put it to the test and treated it like a normal day I was surprised at how little is changed the scale.

Daily, first thing in the morning after going potty  and getting g my birthday suit on. This keeps my mind in the game.

Every morning after I go to the bathroom Wednesday weigh in at 7 AM I wear the same clothes and don’t drink or eat till after.

I weigh in daily, doing digital. If I’m up it is usually due to sodium or a binge eat. Weighing daily doesn’t let my goal get out of sight and I can correct any weight gain right away. This was my routine when I was young and thin — before marriage babies and stress. It works for me.

I weigh in at 5 pm so I don’t eat any snacks or anything after lunch, I wear the same clothes to weigh in and I always have to pee right before lol

Only weigh once a week with same clothes. If you weigh more than once a week you will be discouraged because your weight fluctuates, water retention, sodium etc.

Don’t go by what the scale says. Your weight fluctuates every day. Listen to how your body feels and how your clothes fit.

Naked, after bathroom and make sure the scale doesn't move . if i show a loss, i have to weigh twice to make sure its real . lol . i do weigh daily but i use it for data (is it up alot ? did i have alot of saltt yesterday ? ) , i also use a weigh trending app . i usually have a spike in weight then a plummit shortly after lol

Every Monday morning is weigh in. I go to the bathroom and step on the scale 3x, then choose the lowest number that comes up. Sometimes if it’s all over the place I weigh more than 3x that morning before I eat or drink anything.

I weigh in weekly at my meeting same clothes I started with shorts & a T-shirt which is horrible now that it’s 30 degrees out lol I don’t eat or drink before I go I try to get on the same scale but the reality is it’s most likely not the one I weighed in on the week before but I can’t help it I try not to eat after 6 pm the night before I don’t work out the before & I don’t drink my usually 100 plus ounces of water

Wear the same outfit (although a much smaller size) since I started. Pants and a t-shirt. No shoes, no glasses, no watch or rings. I don’t eat or drink anything until I weigh in.
