Fridays have been awesome for me. All my weeklies start over for my weekend (when/if I choose to use them) and then I have the rest of the week to make up for it if I have to. Plus, seeing the loss on a Friday motivates me to stay on track through the weekend.

It really doesnt matter as long as its the same time of day, same place (or scale) and same day. Its all about being consistent. Its all about what works best for your schedule. But, will tell you, you will weigh less in the morning than you do later in the day.

Every week. Choose a day that works for you. Mine is Monday morning, that way I stay on track for the weekend

My weigh in is on Friday morning. But it is whenever is convenient for you, especially if you are doing it online. I also weigh first thing in the morning, approximately same time each week! Last week I ended up weighing in on Thursday morning‍♀️not sure why!

I weigh in once a week the same day in the morning. I weigh with all my clothes on and my shoes because I figure when we are at the doctors office you are dressed the same way. When you have a lot of weight to lose what’s the difference with the shoes on. My doctor tells me I have the right mindset about my weight loss journey.
