What’s a good veggie dip i can make to take with me to work?

Use Fage nonfat Greek yogurt and mix with any dry dip mix, onion soup mix or salsa. Let sit for at least 4 hours so the flavors will set in. You can also make a spinach dip by following the Knorr soup mix recipe and use Fage Greek yogurt in place of sour cream and mayonnaise.

@description, does the Fage brand make a difference? I've used the greek yogurt in place of mayo and I just don't like it.

Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mixed with yogurt, add hot s auce, onion, garlic powder what ever you like even canned drained clams.

I make my own ranch dressing with  Kraft mayo, half the fat, full taste, fat free milk and an envelope of ranch dressing mix, so I know what I am eating!
