Small goals. 68 is your end game. Just get the first 5 off. Then 10. You will find amazing motivation as it does work. Then your mindset changed and you eat healthier and then you are happier. It is a journey. A good one

I'm in the same boat. Will be fifty in a month. I started January 6 and am down 10. 5 pounds. Slow and steady, just stick with it.

i do. And i have been trying to I started with 5-10 lbs and i have been bouncing back and forth for years now. It took me 4 months and i lost only 9 lbs.

You can do it ! I did ! However, don't expect all of your baby belly to totally disappear. There will be saggy skin, but easy enough to hide. Some of the new shapers, work wonders! Best of luck in your journey!
