I have a question.  I just started on the blue plan yesterday .I have a question. I just started on the blue plan yesterday . I went to a meeting and got weighed. Am I supposed to track my weight in my app? Or does that automatically happen when they check me in at my workshop?

It’s automatic when you attend a workshop!

You can do both. But they will do it at the workshop

It should be automatic if the WW studio had your email address
