Making 2 ingredient dough tomorrow - bagels and pizza dough! I feel so out of practice even though I’m on week 3!  I used to love this dough. Hope I still do! How about you?!

Haven't made any in over a year because I would eat every bagel in one sitting. Thought about making it again to see if I have any control.

I made a Calzone with it. Spinach Turkey pepperoni and olives. Delicious

Love it! I make cinnamon twists with it too. And wrap it around a ball park white turkey hotdog. So many things to do with it.

I use it for calzones all the time. I’ve done shredded chicken with low-fat cheese and ranch seasoning, and I’ve done ground turkey with taco seasoning, salsa, and low-fat cheese. Tastes amazing and makes a quick and easy dinner - great way to use up leftovers too!

@frobisher52438 yogurt on blue and purple is zero flour depends how much you use but i make 6-8 bagels and it ranges 1-2 points which beats 12

@names I used the dough for pigs in a blanket and bought spicy thin chicken sausage from Costco. I pre cooked the sausage then cut it into smaller pieces and wrapped with the 2 ingredient dough it was fantastic

I add a little an 1/8 tsp of yeast so it will rise a little

I just made a dozen and a half of the bagels last night. I like to freeze most and take out as I need. I’m a breadaholic and it’s always one of the hardest things for me to cut back on so these are a great alternative. Love them!

WW app has it. I believe several posted in the comments. It’s equal parts of nonfat Greek yogurt & self rising flour. When I made it over a year ago I did less yogurt for less sticky & added little more flour at a time until not sticky.

You can also use this dough to make cinnamon rolls  I add a little sugar to the dough (can't do any artificial stuff) to give it a little sweeter taste.

I use just under a cup of flour or it's sticky and I had to add more flour to kneed. It makes a nice bagel. I d use Joseph's flax pita for the pizza crust though only 1 point.

One cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 cup self rising flour mix sprinkle with flour mix roll out onto floured surface need the dough for about five minutes adding flour is needed.
