Planning on making 2 ingredient dough. Has anyone ever froze the dough? Does it still taste the same? What was the best was to freeze it (in bags, Rubbermaid, plastic wrap? Also looking for ideas for it. Usually make just bagels, looking at add a uses for it! Thank you in advance! Trying to get the ball rolling again. Down 3lbs this week

Yes! I freeze mine. Usually I do multiple bagels and pizza dought at a time an save them in the freezer on ziploc bags

Never froze raw dough. I’ve done pizza crust, bagels, rolls, cinnamon rolls and dumplings
