Idk why I'm worrying so much! But next weekend I'm going out to dinner at The Old Spaghetti Factory for my grandma's 90th surprise birthday party! I haven't eaten out since I started ww 5 weeks ago! Do they have healthy low point options? I don't want to mess up my weight loss! Please help! Lol

Remember this is a life time journey. There will be ups and downs. Make mindful decisions, track, and enjoy yourself. If you have made mindful decisions, do not worry Think of this as practice for future eating out occasionally. Good luck.

We ate there last week. I ate mostly 0 point foods all day. Then I had the minestrone soup, glass of wine, half my spaghetti (ate the other half the next day) and the spumoni ice cream (1/2). I used my points and a few weeklies but really enjoyed the meal! I stayed within my week’s points a lost a pound . It’s a lifestyle.

Go and enjoy your family and some delicious food ( totally jealous, LOVE that place). Get back on track next day. Life is about little moments and pleasure, just like this.

You won't mess up your weight loss by enjoying the foods you love during your weight loss journey. If you're avoiding them all together, you will NOT survive WW maintenance. WW isn't some crappy full of deprivation DIET. It's eating real food and living life in the real world. Moderation and tracking are key.

I think they have whole wheat pasta. I usually order the baked chicken with steamed broccoli, but I am not a big pasta eater. They used to have baked spaghetti squash, but have done away with that.

I had the regular spaghetti with meat sauce, 2 small slices of the bread and the ice cream. Saved points to have that meal and I still lost weight.

When I have an event or dinner I always exercise that morning and try to only eat zero points food during the day. Then I can enjoy the meal with no regret. I would probably avoid pasta though or have a small side of it.

When I have a special night planned I eat a low or no pt breakfast. I have a large bowl of WW vegetable soup for lunch and then I have s small bowl of the soup before I go out This way I'm not starving when I get to the affair. Good luck and enjoy yourself. Remember this is a journey.

They are listed in the Restaurant section of the app. Explore to see what you would like and is acceptable in points Don’t lose sight that you could eat 1/2 portions. Save those weeklies - that’s what they are there for Most importantly - Enjoy yourself. This is a big celebration

My husband and I eat out at least once a week. I've been on my journey for about a year and a half and am down 103 pounds. If eating Italian, stick with a nice salad and a bowl of minestrone soup. If you want to eat something other than soup and salad, look on the menu for a steak or fish option. You can have 3 oz of steak with veggies. You'll do fine.

Go online and see if you can pull up their menu. I do this whenever I go out, that way you can plan. Don’t be afraid to use your weeklies.
