Really been struggling with my sweet tooth lately. After lunch and dinner I immediately want something sweet and I’m not talking fruit or a WW dessert. I’m talking like Krispy Kreme, ice cream, or anything else bad for me! How do y’all curb your sweet cravings? Sweets is one of the main reasons for my weight gain.

This must be on Blue Plan. The egg would be 2 points on Green. Not sure if there are points for the banana here.

I have the same issue. Sugar free applesauce or fresh apples with cinnamon are yummy. Built bars and Lily’s sugar free chocolate chips are usually low in points.

Me too! My sugar cravings got worse as I got older. Never an issue when I was younger. I make the WW Apple crisp for 1 pt with FF whip topping. I also eat the Russel Stovers sugar free candy, WW snack bars too. I’m looking to try the WW Fluff.
by (370 points)
@hulen do you have recipe for 1pt Apple crisp? I’d love to try it
by (1.7k points)
Apple Crisp Sprinkle 9x9 dish with “I can it believe it’s not butter”, layer 2 sliced up Granny Smith apples, I combine the 2 oatmeals and sprinkle it on top of apples, also sprinkle cinnamon and some splenda. You than spray the oatmeal with “butter spray” until oatmeal is “wet”. Do a second layer the same. I add 1/2 cup Motts for Tots apple juice, cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 min. depending on how soft you like your apples. 8 servings at 1 pt each. I add FF whip cream.
by (1.7k points)
@novanovaculite hi, see above
by (1.7k points)
I don’t use all the oatmeal mixture. I usually get 3 dishes out of it. Some like more on theirs. This was passed around at a WW mtg one time. The original didn’t have apple juice and many felt it was too dry. I happened to have some Motts on hand and added it.

You can make cupcakes with sugar free cake mix and either unsweetened applesauce or a diet sprite instead of oil. I sometimes add diced apples to them too. 2 pats.
by (280 points)
@hulen where do you buy sugar free cake mix please ? Thanks
by (590 points)
@epidermis3536 I’ve gotten it from Walmart. I think it’s Pillsbury brand. You also have to be careful to not over indulge in sugar free cake mix. It gives you the poops. Bad. Lol
by (280 points)
@arcuate939 lol thanks I shall have a look. Have a nice day x
