I was in WW before the colored plans. We only had 23 points for the whole day. I’m on the Blue plan with 30 points, and I am not dropping weight at all. Getting discouraged. Any suggestions?!? Most days I have left over points.

Make sure your setting are correct in the app (weight, breastfeeding, etc). The blue plan is the same plan that everyone was on before the colors, so if you had 23 then, you should have 23 now.

I was having the same problem so I switched to green. I’m starting today, so hopefully this will show results.

Drink plenty of water. Track everything. Add well balanced amount of zero point foods and healthy fats. Exercise. Eat all daily points.

Before the “plans” I had 23 points - Now on the Blue Plan still have 23 points. Zero point foods also have calories. might need more protein & water. You could switch to a green plan for 2 weeks to see if this helps?

Thank you! Checked my settings and it said I was on Green! Weird because I signed up 2 weeks ago and it told me blue and went straight to the app. Perhaps there is a disconnect.

Points are calculated by weight. As you drop weight your points decrease. Blue has worked beautifully for me. I started with 29 points but after losing 36 pounds I now have 23 points. The zero point foods are my cornerstone. I would stay after your meeting and chat with your leader for some review of what your doing and some pointers and tips. If you aren’t going to meetings you might consider it. They really help. lots of input, ideas, suggestions and encouragement. Just don’t give up. you can do this.

Change to the green plan. Green is like the old plan I was on years a go. I still get 30 points but only fruits and veggies are free

I was on Blue, 23 points a day, as of 7/1 and have lost 42 lbs. hit goal in December. I needed to keep up the exercising to keep losing. While the weather was nice, I averaged 10, 000 steps a day ( took a few weeks to reach that number) I believe it helped my metabolism. I’m current maintaining but use my treadmill a lot.

Change to green but keep your points at 23. That's the closest to the old plan. All this freeby, willy-nilly stuff only works for some. I still don't see how you can go free haul on 0 point foods AND eat 23 points of "other" stuff and lose. It's like eating for 2.

@straightjacket you can't as you say " free haul on 0pts foods portion control on the 0point food

I’m on green. 30 is the lowest it’ll go for points on green. I did WW about 15 yrs ago and this plan is very similar to it back then. I normally don’t use all 30 every day but I sometimes do. It’ll rollover up to 4 pts per day & add to your weeklies. I use weeklies for a dinner out or something extra, I don’t ever use all them up either, but it’s great cause you can. I drink lots of water, and a cup or 2 before every meal. I’m learning to eat a meal when I’m hungry rather than looking for snacks lol it helps too. My portions have shrunk a lot since starting last month. You won’t gain weight eating veggies, and they are free, try to add to every meal. And track every thing, even if it don’t feel good cause you ate high points. Just learn from it and keep going. I have consistently lots since I started and I eat everything I like, some healthier options, some smaller portions, but a lot less sugar than I was and I feel much better for it☺️

I'm on blue with 23 points and I have lost 16 pounds since Jan 1. If I find I am not getting close to my points for the day, I will had some more food, usually has to be some carbs. I try not to have more than 4 points left for the day. Make sure you are drinking enough water too! I wish the app had a water tracker.

Thank you to all whom have responded. Discovered that when I signed back up, the app did not have the correct plan for me. It had GREEN instead of BLUE. Make sure to check your settings!

Portion control. Remember that zero point food still have calories. I say this only because I had to learn this myself. Hang in there

Change your choices in foods, switch out from week to week, also adjust your daily points and alternate 5-10 points less every other day, this should help in your weight loss journey. Wouldn’t recommend changing plan until given this a try first. Good Luck!
