So it looks like my 30 year class reunion is gonna be Oct 17. Can I lose 45 pounds by then?  I need success stories please!

Yes you absolutely could if you stick to it. In one month I lost 13. 5 pounds, but I lost so many inches! I went from a 18 pant and I just fit into my 15 this past weekend. Feb 24 marked my 1 month journey on ww.

You can, but don’t stress over it if you don’t! Set smaller more attainable goals (5#) and treat yourself to something to wear for your reunion or put away some $$ to buy a kick-ass dress!

Go for it. REALLY go for it. You won't be sorry. You have the perfect goal and enough time to accomplish it. Make charts. Mark off days. Make lists of appointments / shopping you want to do from mid September, on. Get pumped. You are going to re-sculpt. You are going to energize. You are going to show up with amazing confidence and personal satisfaction. No Doubts. No Side trips. You are totally goal oriented and ferocious.

I lost 75 pounds in that amount of time but I also had a lot to come off. Lost the 1st 100 in 11 months then took 18 more months to get the other 50 off.

Concentrate on smaller goals, like 5 lbs. Once you lose 5, concentrate on the next 5. Often this works better. No matter how much you lose you will feel better in your own skin so concentrate on that. Have fun!

Oh yes you can! My first time with WW back in March 3-2-2002. In 9 months I lost 100! By staying on the plan . I believe it was WW winnings plan back then. Where you had a low-high for points! I Walk, walk, walk and no Sodas only water and unsweetened tea! Started in March by November 2002 I lost 100lbs! So if you want it. Then go for it. Yes you can loose 45and more by October! I walk so much It got where I hated being still! Every where I went . I went walking . Good luck!

The plans to day gives you more points than before. One thing important. Don’t be to stricted on yourself. If you get wanting a craving you can’t get past . Have it. Have a “little” WW, your to be able to eat anything but don’t over do it! Water is the key but you don’t have to drown yourself either!

My 50-year reunion was last Aug. I had regained 75 of a 178-lb. loss so I joined WW on 1/31/19. Didn’t quite get to goal before the reunion but did get close. I took the reins in planning the reunion just to motivate me to lose the weight. It worked along with WW and I made goal 9/20/19 and Lifetime 11/1/19. I’d say you definitely could lose 45 lbs. by Oct. those reunions are great motivators in my experience! Good luck!

I lost 50 before a reunion by losing in 5-lb increments. By telling myself that I only needed to lose 5 lbs, it wasn’t overwhelming. And I just kept losing 5 until I was down 50. You can do it.

Yes. I started last March with a goal to lose 30 by our June cruise. I did. Son I lost 30’ in 3 months. Then it slowed way down. It’s taken 9 months to lose just over 30 more !

Yes, I did that exact thing last year. Started in February. I tracked on iTrackbites off and on. I also joined orange theory (going 2x a week) and worked out 2-3 other days a week along with that. 30 year reunion was in October and I had lost 47 lbs. I really wasn’t even that strict with tracking as I went on on several vacations during that time period.
