@hiro2 mine too since I tried the skinny girl line. I love poppyseed. When I use the ranch I add ranch seasoning to it to give it better flavor. I use maybe a teaspoon.

Here’s an old WW tip, pour your salad dressing in a small bowl, dip your fork in, then take a bite if salad, you’ll be surprised at how little you use. You get the taste of the dressing at a fraction of the points.

I use tzatziki sauce. You can make your own from any pinterest Tzatziki sauce recipe that interests you and just switch out the full fat yogurt for no fat yogurt. It has yogurt but it isnt yogurty. Supermarket I like Cedar's and Costco I love Hannah's Organic

There's some things I HAVE to plan the points. Just CANT do lite Ranch or lite mayo. Get Ranch on the side and dip the tip of the fork in the dressing before stabbing the salad.

I almost never use anything on my salads anymore but when I do I like Chipotle and I just drop tiny drops of it on the top of my salad to get the taste in my mouth and then I don't need it anymore
