Check out the different plans’ 0 pt foods and see which one offers more of those that you like. Purple had been working for me because a lot of the 0 pt foods are things I really like.

Also do u eat all ur weeklies? Maybe only eat half if u do. Don’t eat any fit points.

@aishaaisle9040 I usually dont wat my weeklies at all

@marabout ok. I know some people have trouble losing if they don’t eat enough. It is a frustrating balance. Maybe switching up plans for a couple weeks will do it for u. That is the awesomeness of this new WW. You can switch plans whenever u want. They do recommend trying a plan for a couple weeks but nothing stops u from changing sooner. Good luck and hope u find the program for u!

@aishaaisle9040 Back in the day we had to count fruit, so I went back basics. I do still eat 1 banana and count it as 4 pts. Quit eating all other fruit for now.

@cornu not everyone’s body is the same.

I wouldn't give up fruit. I would look at everything else. Make sure you're counting everything you drink.

@noman I used to but I guess when you reach a certain age you have to really watch it. I workout 6 days a week so its not the activity. I just started counting my fruit if I'm going to eat it. If you look up nutritional info on different fruit and put it in the calculator, you'd be shocked at the points.

That is good progress. Don’t be so hard on yourself. How long did it take to put on weight? Double the Time to take off! You got this !

Are you weighing and measuring every single thing accurately? A true leveled off tablespoon of mayo is a lot less than one that looks leveled off. Sneaking any bites here or there?

Are you drinking plenty of water? Eating too many zett try o point foods ? Remember zero point is not zero calorie. Are you moving ? Did you measure yourself. Sometimes you will lose inches before you lose pounds. Body could be change fat to muscle

Get enough sleep. Also it seems like you are losing at a steady pace. Might have a little more of a drop in your future once your body gets used to the changes
