Yes I ate so bad one day and lost 1. 6 pounds the next day

Yes! I am on week two and down 8. 2, and I have been anything but perfect. I have caved to ice cream cake and cupcakes, and then continued on plan. I think it is important to strive for consistency, not perfection :)

Yup! Was surprised. drank 3 glasses of wine, Brie and crackers, white rice sushi. and still lost a half pound that day. I’m guilty of jumping on the scale more than once a week

I notice that when I have a really off day I don’t see it on the scale the next day, but instead it takes like 2 days and I see a small weight gain. I think it’s weird.

Yes. I think sometimes it restarts everything so you still lose- unless it’s really off like a night out at Cheesecake Factory (one of my off days) or something. That catches up so you have to work harder for a week or so.

Yes there are weeks when I am sure I am going to gain but I think I have lost because I get back on track for the rest of the week.

Yes! I think I have gained and I have lost. When you eat more than you are supposed to and burn it off it jump starts your weight loss again.

Yes and don’t get discouraged when it goes the opposite way: so on points, exercise etc and you get a + in the weigh in column
