Mix the tea with water. You still get the flavor

@leix4 Barnett I used to do that with anything I drank that wasn't water I slowly diluted it until it was at least half lighter Canton now I drink mostly water and occasionally if I want a green tea and I love Arizona green tea haven't had one in about a year though but when I want one I get one and just drink it over a few days. Or I get a diet one rarely

Walgreens’s and Dollar General and Dollar Tree sell boxes of single tube lemonade and other flavors (many zero pt-but not sure where you sit with artificial sweeteners). They are like $1 box. I just wouldn’t recommend soda flavored ones, because they just taste like flat-soda.

Is your tea sweetened? I drink Lipton natural brew green tea unsweetened, it took a little to get used to but it’s really good.

I brew a nice fruity herbal tea and add that to my water. If you want some fizz, add a splash of Sprite zero.

Dilute your Arizona green tea with water. Half tea & half water. You’ll still get the flavor of your tea and get more water at the same time.

Diet Arizona green tea is 0 points on purple. I like fit & active flavored waters—they have lemonade, cranberry, and strawberry lemonade. I think it’s zephyrhills that makes a flavored water that’s good. And clear American is you like soda.

My friend taught me this. She takes half the Arizona tea and diluted the rest with water. She does this in the gallon container. One falling equals 2 . I like it and find it satisfying

@midland I like it too. Used to buy it at Safeway when no other store carried it any more. Then Safeway also discontinued. I found it at Wegmans.

Detox Water One lemon  1/2 a cucumber  8 stems of mint  Seep overnight in the fridge and enjoy the next day. Can be refilled up to 3 days with original ingredients. So refreshing cold (after a work out) and beneficial to the healthy lifestyle that we’re on.

I add the AZ green tea powder to my water. I figure it allows me to drink water & much better than other stuff I could be drinking. Also use MIO in my water

Yes. Have to watch the points in some teas. Best thing I bought this past summer was an ice tea maker. Only 19. 99. I buy zero point green tea, peach tea, mango tea, bags are usually going to be zero. We then bought glass pitchers and we keep the fridge stocked with tea even during winter. Pretty much use to it now without any sweetner. Really helps with losing weight too.
