I always weigh myself. I know and expect to gain/maintain during a cycle. I can compare to the cycle before and see how much I've lost since then. As long as the overall trend is downward the little occasional blips upward do not matter. The program is for life and your cycle, birthdays, holidays, celebrations, and crazy lost your mind binge days are a part of that life. Accept that gain/maintain for what it is and don't fret about it. Plus weighing in gives you rewards points and you can get stuff faster if you weigh every time.
