I would so you can look back and see how your body changes during that time. Personally I want to know those things rather than take the ostrich approach. But whatever works for you to keep you going.

I would track it, so you have a record of how your body functions through it’s cycle. Plus, you will see ups and downs throughout this process.

Agree with others to track it. After awhile, you'll see the trend. I know I always gain the week I ovulate and the week of my period, and then the following week I would have a big loss.

Of course you should track your weight. It’s a life style and unfortunately periods are part of it for women until a certain age.

I am up 5 pounds because of my lymphedema, I track because I can't prevent it, but have to accept it. I know I had a good week, the loss is there, I just have to wait for my kidneys to work better to help my LE.

Yes, but you know why you went up.

Weigh in. No matter how much you gained how can you celebrate next week if you don't know how much you really lost?

Write it in the margins so you understand the pattern

Track everything! Soon you will learn your pattern which makes the ups easier to understand.

Always track. You can see trends. As long as your over all trend is down, those occasional blips up don't matter. Tracking even with a gain helps you understand what works and doesn't work for you.

Absolutely. Any one suffering with TOM woes, are you taking a multivitamin. omega 3 and cal mags. For what it’s worth, the helped. We are all different I know, but I lost 50 lbs and didn’t gain once. I lost and had no change. Before that for years and years I suffered terribly. Research online and then speak to your OBGYN or Pharmacist or a good health food/GNC attendant can assist and guide you. All the best going forward.
