There's no such thing, just be accountable. You will feel better in the end!

I’ve lost 60 pounds allowing myself to eat something here and there I want. I just get right back on it. if you never allowed yourself something you loved and wanted you couldn’t sustain this for the long haul. Most of the time you can save points for it if you want to. If you don’t that’s ok too. Pick yourself back up the next meal or the next day and get back on it. That’s how you win. If you keep “cheating” that’s how you lose. yourself again. I learned that the hard way many times ago. This time. I got this down pat

Weeklies are for “cheating, ” not for using and then taking a cheat day on top of that.

I have a cheat meal one or two times each week. I tend to do better overall and jot feel deprived.

If you call it cheating you are telling yourself you are doing something wrong. Save weekly and rollovers for a special meal each week. It’s basic math.

I’m working toward a LIFESTYE of eating, not a diet. So, I would say. for me . It’s not about “cheating” and more about if I trust myself . to stop. You know yourself, make your best decisions.

Drop the idea of Cheat. It just reinforces diet/deprivation mentality. WW is about balance. Work indulgences into your plan

I call a "cheat" meal my "calorie bump" meal. I do this once a week in hopes to rev back up metabolism and keep my body guessing.

Cheating is diet mentality. Everything is a choice and trackable.

I don't have a cheat day. I just eat something I normally wouldn't eat but I stay within my points.

I have days when I eat more, using my weeklies. I believe they’re there so we don’t feel deprived and to make this doable. I try not to put any words like cheat on it because it’s just about living a balanced life and making informed choices. Which includes sometimes having things that are richer or sweeter or not as healthy

I’ve lost 65. 6 lbs and would not have without an occasional cheat day. I feel it’s better to take care of my craving and move on than want something so bad I completely go off program and don’t care

I try not too. I want to loose weight so I follow the program.

I don't have a cheat day because the only one I'd be cheating is myself. However every week, I try to have one higher point meal, like an indulgent but even then I try to eat lower point foods the rest of the day. Example: yesterday 2 pt breakfast (3 hb eggs & 2 string cheese light) 3 pt lunch (salsa chicken 0 and 1/2 cup rice) and then a super delicious 17 point chicken philly from Jersey Mike's.

I use weeklies for an indulgent day on the weekend.

Yesterday we went to Pizza Hut for the buffet. I tracked my 4 slices of cheese pizza that went into my weeklies. If I had a totally cheat day, I would be out of control. Just use your weeklies for something good.

I usually say no, but had my first one in two months this past weekend for a st pats breakfast. Was too much good stuff to pass up! Didn’t go crazy, but didn’t track. Got back on track the next day. One a week is def too much though in my opinion.

I usually have whatever I want Monday nights after my weigh in. As long as I’ve lost that week. Then get back on track Tuesday morning
