@desegregate I do online but when I went to meetings they sold them there. I’m wondering if you could order one online. Perhaps others may know.

@jolenejolenta14 bright colors excite the psyche and we tend to eat faster and more. This is why most fast places have reds and yellows. Hope this helps. You can google also

I use The Pioneer Woman’s salad plates. They are colorful and plenty of room for a meal. Most all dinner size plates are now almost platter size it seems

I actually at one point had to lose 80 pounds. Something that help me was that I purchase a plastic plate that was divided into 3 parts . That also help me so much with portion control. Good luck we all deserve to be health

Get your own pretty dish, bowl and cup. Something really special. WalMart, Target, Pier One. It doesn't have to be expensive. As long as it's just yours.

I went to an ARC store and bought a few really pretty ceramic small plates. I'm the only one in the house allowed to use them. Small portions fill the plate and look special in them.

Don’t use your one cup measure except for veggies. You want islands, not continents on your plate. Be sure and have the design on your plate rim show. Don’t go back for seconds. :)
