Use lunch plates. I rarely use a dinner plate . WW has a divided portion plate you can buy.

I use The Pioneer Woman’s salad plates. They are colorful and plenty of room for a meal. Most all dinner size plates are now almost platter size it seems

I actually at one point had to lose 80 pounds. Something that help me was that I purchase a plastic plate that was divided into 3 parts . That also help me so much with portion control. Good luck we all deserve to be health

I actually was shopping in Macy’s and the had a smart portions set - 2 cup containers, 1/2 cup containers. I used one this morning for my cereal. You can probably find some

Get your own pretty dish, bowl and cup. Something really special. WalMart, Target, Pier One. It doesn't have to be expensive. As long as it's just yours.

I went to an ARC store and bought a few really pretty ceramic small plates. I'm the only one in the house allowed to use them. Small portions fill the plate and look special in them.

Don’t use your one cup measure except for veggies. You want islands, not continents on your plate. Be sure and have the design on your plate rim show. Don’t go back for seconds. :)
