How do you track a rotisserie chicken, from walmart or Sam's? Without skin of course. If you scan the barcode, you get 4 points for 3 ounces. But does that include the skin? Of course, the dark mear is more than the breast. So do you just do the scanned points, or do weight weigh out how much white meat and dark meat you eat?

I really wanted one last night but specifically did not buy one because the original flavor was 6 p. Lemon was like 4-5. and the honey one was similar. I really expected it to be lower and there were no “skinless” options

Is it’s just the breast, it’s zero with skin removed.

I'm not sure but the people in my meetings swear by rotisserie chickens.

I weigh dark parts because it seems you get more chicken when you do that.

Breast meat with skin removed is free, the rest has to be weighed and pointed

I would track it because even of you just eat the breast. It was not 99% fat free (trimmed etc) so it cooked with fat.

I track it with skin about 4 points. I don’t track grilled. I hope that’s correct. I know what I’m doing is working. I’m losing.
