Make a 2 point ingredient WW bagel and bring it in for 3 points with a laughing cow cheese or thin smear of cream cheese.

Bring your own option to the meeting so you are less tempted.

Eat the bagel if you want it, just have a zero point lunch (salad with chicken)

I also would eat half with a little bit of butter or cream cheese a light layer just to taste so its not to dry

Eat something ahead of time so you won't be hungry. I don't think there is anything wrong with saying no thanks.

I would just say no. Twice at work now I have said no to offers of “free” food, lastly were the most delicious croissants. I felt proud that I passed. For me it wasn’t worth giving up that many points.

Eat half. FYI The small lenders bagels are 4. Use I can’t believe it’s not butter for spread.

Make it work plan the rest of your day/meals around your bagel meal! Or bring your own bagel and cream cheese that’s lower in points :)

I tell coworkers that I don’t like bagels or donuts, which is half true. Do I like the taste? Yes! Do I like the way I feel after eating them? Not at all. Then I don’t feel pressure to partake.

Ny bagels are 20 points before you even put anything on them  we talk about them at meetings all the time. My jobs getting bagels today to. As much as I love them I’ll grab my 2 ingredient 3 point bagel and enjoy it

I agree with so many that said here is your time to make a plan. Do you really want the bagel or not? If you want it make a second plan: 1/2 with a little cream cheese and jelly(my fav) or whole plain. Plan the rest of your day around it.

Eat a good breakfast with protein before you get it to work. It’ll be easier to say, no thanks, to the bagels.

Make your own with 2 point dough , take them with you . My co workers don’t even try to get me to eat junk any more , I’ve turned it down too many times .

Make a 2 ingredient bagel at home and bring it with you. Or have a bagel and eat mostly zero point food during the day.

If you slice the crust about 1/4 -1/2 inch from top and bottom you can eat the bagel and count it for about 3 pts just be careful with the rest of your choices for the day

No one will notice if you don't eat anything at the meeting or just plan accordingly with zero points making up the big part of your day.

Don’t eat one. Bring your own breakfast and if you’re eating as a group say you’re trying to cut down on carbs or something if you don’t want them to know you’re doing WW.

Eat what you want and count the points. Depriving leads to wanting
