Best answer
Make a 2 point ingredient WW bagel and bring it in for 3 points with a laughing cow cheese or thin smear of cream cheese.

Eat something ahead of time so you won't be hungry. I don't think there is anything wrong with saying no thanks.

I would just say no. Twice at work now I have said no to offers of “free” food, lastly were the most delicious croissants. I felt proud that I passed. For me it wasn’t worth giving up that many points.

Eat half. FYI The small lenders bagels are 4. Use I can’t believe it’s not butter for spread.

Make it work plan the rest of your day/meals around your bagel meal! Or bring your own bagel and cream cheese that’s lower in points :)

I tell coworkers that I don’t like bagels or donuts, which is half true. Do I like the taste? Yes! Do I like the way I feel after eating them? Not at all. Then I don’t feel pressure to partake.

I agree with so many that said here is your time to make a plan. Do you really want the bagel or not? If you want it make a second plan: 1/2 with a little cream cheese and jelly(my fav) or whole plain. Plan the rest of your day around it.

Eat a good breakfast with protein before you get it to work. It’ll be easier to say, no thanks, to the bagels.

If you slice the crust about 1/4 -1/2 inch from top and bottom you can eat the bagel and count it for about 3 pts just be careful with the rest of your choices for the day
