Don’t let anyone tell you you can’t eat carbs! WW is not about deprivation- it is about balance!

@response Is that not just stating fruit is carbs? What’s your point?

@midway oooh, I totally misread her statement about carbs.

@response because I said in my post that I have to have carbs because I'm severely hypoglycemic

"Real' foods have carbs. I'd suggest vegetables, fruits, whole grains (oats, brown rice, etc) and fat free or low fat dairy. Avoid foods with added sugars (that's shown on the nutrition label) My advice would be to join, look at the plan and the zero point food list then make your meal and snack plan for the week, assess what you have in your home then make your grocery list. Best wishes!

@polyptych87 yes but watch the carbs in bananas if your diabetic, great for sugar lows not so if your having sugar highs. Mangos too I think  and maybe grapes. look it up on the apps

@rubyeruch87 Krachmer I think she said she was hypoglycemic. That is low blood sugar not high.

@rubyeruch87 Krachmer I was not referring to everyone only to her particular question. But yes you are correct if she was diabetic.

Pair your carb snack with some protein. I like Sargento light string cheese and the weight watchers turkey pepperoni snack sticks. Helps stabilize the blood sugar.
