One day good one day bad! The nights are my problem. I snack away with all my cookies. I have 15 lbs to go was only 9 then this horrific virus happened.

Not good. Tracking is off. I’m eating like crap. Scale is moving up and down slightly but overall holding steady. Just because I think I started walking in the afternoons when the weather is good. If I could get the food back under control, I might could start losing again. ‍♀️

I have been on ww for quite sometime I am on the blue plan, since isolated due to covid the gyms are closed I find myself eating a lot at night I’ve gain 6 lbs in the last 2 weeks and 4 previously I had lost almost 70lbs but I am out lately and feeling really bad . Every day is say today’s the day but it’s not happening please help me ☹️ I post this one someone’s post by accident but I am really struggling

Not bad at all. Vacay cancelled to AZ. For yoga retreat. Dr & I have been doing our own. We are doing 30day challenge & just finished that yesterday. Continuing. Also been watching Tedtalk for info on health related segments. This week is anything about metabolism. Focus on health & not the scale. That is how I am doing ok plus all relating to ww program! Smile & focus. Also, YouTube free exercise! Even chair stuff. DO IT!

Crappy  my downfall seems to be after dinner  I’ll usually indulge with hubby and have popcorn with a giant WW fudge bar  even knowing I’ll feel like crap if I do
