Hi Everyone! Wow!Hi Everyone! Wow! The support of this group is overwhelming! Thank you to everyone shared how they have been moving more while staying at home. ❤️ Thanks to all of you. I made yesterday’s step goal of 10, 000. Yes, I may have done a few laps around my house at 9 PM to get in those last steps , but I did it!  I also made my goal of tracking everything I ate for just ONE day! I ate all of my points exactly! Yesterday, I proved to myself that I CAN get back into my old ways and habits. I WILL NOT let this quarantine set me back.  I am going to take it one day at a time. ☝️ I only have to reach 10, 000 steps TODAY. I only have to track all my food TODAY. I can do this for ONE day. ☝️ Bottom Line: I’ll worry about tomorrow- well, tomorrow! How did you all do yesterday with moving more & tracking? I love to hear all your successes and tips!
