What are some go to foods and meals? I’m trying to get a list to get some groceries after I make a weeks meal plan. However, struggling on getting a plan in place. I’m blue with 23 daily points. Do any of you have a meal plan you want to share?

I use 647 bread, 1 pt with eggs for breakfast. some kind of protein for lunch, either grilled chicken or tuna. I also buy the 98% FF ground chicken and turkey and sautee that with corn, onions and mushrooms and beans for a dinner. And it's enough for leftovers. Load up the fridge with fruit and I either bake some WW 1 pt. muffins that you can find by googling, or Fiber one brownies or Sugar free cookies

I do not meal plan but I make the hamburger soup from Pinterest and it is only 6 pts . I find it tasty and hearty.

I always have my set dinners and their points and then fit in everything else for the day.

I love cutting up a Chicken breast and seasoning it with franks red hot powder and season salt and cooking it in a tsp of olive oil. So good. Sometimes I will cook peppers and onions too with a tsp of olive oil and put over a 1/2 cup of rice and it is still only about 5 pts. 3 pts for the rice and 2 pts for the olive oil.

I meal plan - Look at skinny girl, pound dropper, WW web site you can find all kinds of recipes. I think of something we like and go from there.

I'm on blue to and this is what I do. I pull out all my recipe books & folders. I find 6 or 7 dishes I like and plan to cook this coming week. I make my grocery list based on my needs and I've got no excuse not to eat what I plan.
