I'm definitely going to use Fage. I think my yogurt was just too thin.

I used a little honey to cut the tang of the yogurt. It seemed to help. Well, I guess it helped, they're all gone

Mine was always sticky. Use less yogurt next time otherwise you’ll need to add more flour which could increase the points.

Reduce the yogurt to 3/4 c this won’t change the pt value. Adding more flour may increase it.

I heard Fage works the best. I used the Chobani and it’s so sticky. Next time it’s Fage.

Add the yogurt slowly to measured out flour just enough for it to come together as a dough the 1:1 is sometimes too much

Greek yogurt has less moisture. Fage does work well!

It needs to sit for about 30 minutes so the dough can set up. Then you can make your bagels or whatever.
