Fallen off the wagon way too many times I want to try to switch up my approach. I do really well with shakes, ESPECIALLY for breakfast. I’m horrible with breakfast. I was looking into 310 shakes, Lady Boss, Whey protein, etc. Does anyone use any of these? If so, what is your recipe? And how many points? I did the shakeology shakes for a replacement meal after I had my daughter years ago and lost 30 pounds, while it does work I can’t stomach paying $130+ a month. *I do drink premier protein, but looking to switch to something else* Thanks ❤️❤️
