Try to have someone inside your home as a partner, even if he / she not interested at the beginning ask them to just set with you when you start exercise. Create a spot at home as your health fitness spot, sounded with things might encourage you more, imagine the end picture of your body how fit and amazing will be, take some fat burner also , it will motivate you more. Other supplements also very safe and can increase your muscles to look more awesome. Think of building some nice shape muscles instead just burn fat , as it will also burn fat

It starts by being clear about your goals and then reverse engineering from there. What are you currently doing in your fitness routine and what is your ultimate goal?

@holarctic I started going to the gym for about 6 weeks before lockdown, I was getting into it. Since being on lockdown I’ve done nothing but walks. ‍♀️ I had a c section a year ago and I want to lose weight and tone up. Especially the tummy area. X

For me I had to find low point snacks that I actually like and then keep on hand as much as possible. For example - I love popcorn and that’s great now because it doesn’t spoil. I also have to find some sort of exercise that I love and be consistent. I love getting outside and waking so I’m trying to fit that in everyday I can but giving myself grace if I can’t. I really don’t want to start over. Hope that helps.
