I have tried unsweetened almond milk and don't care for it. Is the sweetened better? And is it a lot more fattening?

I like both. the unsweetened for cereal and the sweetened for just regular drinking. I think you can google both online and do a comparison. I know the sweetened does have more calories on the brand I use.

It's good in cereal. Period. It's not milk and just can't be enjoyed as a "glass of milk"

The unsweetened almond coconut blend is amazing in overnight oats. Just look up any overnight oats recipe.

I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but mostly just in foods I’d never just drink it with a sweet treat or anything. Unfortunately if you really enjoy milk this will be a big change when I first had become allergic to dairy it was such a huge switch , not oat, coconut, almond or cashew is ever like cow milk. They have a different consistency and they aren’t very good to just drink. But almond, cashew, coconut and oat are all much better for digestive tract and intestines! So I mean it’s give and take, you may like oat milk better but it is higher in points than almond milk

@breakout100 just curious, but the last several months I've noticed when I drink milk or have cereal, I start belching. Could I be starting to be intolerant to milk?

@flexuosity3269 that I’m not to sure of , I began to develop dime sized cysts on my face really bad, and I went to the dermatologist and she figured out it was the dairy, I honestly noticed to be more gassy when I did drink regular milk so it could be possible sooo many hormones and things like that go into regular milk that’s just not good for the body

I love oat milk but more fat and points. I’m on blue and have gotten used to unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my coffee.

Try unsweetened vanilla almond milk, it’s good in cereal, both hot and cold! Sweetened will definitely add points. Half a cup of unsweetened milk is 0SP.

I switched to the sweetened bc I couldn't tolerate the unsweetened either and it makes a huge difference in my overnight oats and my chia pudding

My husband drinks regular 2% milk. I mix 2% and the unsweetened almond milk. Instead of 5 pts it is 3.

I use Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk. It has 10 grams of protein, and 1 point for a half cup. That gives me two cups of coffee each morning❤️☕️❤️

Try unsweetened cashew milk. Same points, same price, but much better and richer tasting than almond milk. I struck up a conversation in the grocery store with someone who had lost over 100 pounds on WW and she recommended it. I'm so glad I ran into her! It is delicious!
