Do you all set up any rules for yourself during WW? One of the rules I set this week is no drinking before 5pm. Curious about what other people are considering

No eating after 7pm. 30oz of plain water before drinking anything else. 15 minutes of treadmill for every point I go over my allowance. That last one keeps me within my points because I really don’t like to exercise.

When hungry drink a minimum of 8 ounces of water and wait ten minutes. If I'm still hungry then I can get something to eat.

It varies week to week honestly. This week, it’s been to pre-track all my food before I start eating so I don’t have to think when I get hungry.

I time my pool exercises. at least 30 min. daily unless it’s nasty weather here in Florida. I also eat a very low points breakfast. My other rule is track no matter how many points! I sometimes have used all my extra points early in my week. the stay low for a couple of days.

Stay away from the box of giant donuts my sister came home with from work today. They're currently in the oven so I don't see them

I don't eat bread, rice or pasta. I'm just not a starch lover and I'm so grateful! I eat cauliflower rice and zoddles.

No in between meal eating. It’s hard but it’s working. If I absolutely need something I eat carrot sticks or a small piece of fruit.

I don’t normally drink alcohol. But I drink coffee, smoothies, water and flavoured water. I eat popcorn and mug cakes. I eat from morning until bedtime. I track everything I eat and drink. And I lose almost every week. Down 70lbs in under a year.

I only eat at 11:00, 2:00, and 6:00. unless its zero point stuff to hold me over. ( celery is great to satisfy the " crunch urge", it's full of fiber, so its filling, and helps prevent constipation). Zero point breakfast at 11:00. egg, fruit, very low point lunch, soup or salad usually, then a nice supper followed by one small 3 point cookie. ( yup. gotta have a home made choc chip cookie) And a glass of water every hour, except for two hour before my walk. ( no outhouses)
